Agricultural Activities

Our children are engaged in gardening and cleaning activities for less than one hour on a daily basis. It is the lack of water-source which prevents us to venture into agricultural activities, to cultivate fruits and vegetables. We are dreaming and visualizing of constructing an artificial lake to conserve and use large amount of water for home and agricultural needs. Where will we find the financial resource for such a major construction?
